This will be the sixth Mountain View **** hot pot restaurant of the group. The terms of the new lease agreement were determined through fair negotiations between the landlord and the group, and reference was made to similar property types, building ages, and current market rents based on location. Pop Corn is located above the Tseung Kwan O MTR Station, with nearly 150 stores offering a diverse range of products and services.
