The group achieved a profit of 50.451 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 10.57% compared to the same period last year. The period also saw a loss of 5.669 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 2.7% compared to the same period last year. Basic loss per share was 0.56 Hong Kong cents.
The announcement stated that the increase in revenue was mainly due to an increase in customer orders received by the book products division from China Hong Kong.
