Shan Su will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors and the Board Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. After this change, the Board of Directors will consist of six members, three of whom are independent directors. In addition, Fu Bing has informed the Board of Directors that he will resign from his position as interim CEO of the company on August 20, 2024 due to personal reasons. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors is actively evaluating the company's leadership structure to adapt to its long-term development plan.

Since April 2024, Mr. Guo has also served as an advisor to both JD.com and Dada. He is also a co-founder of Robot-X, a developer and manufacturer of cooking robots designed for the dining industry, and has served as a director and CEO of Robot-X since November 2021. Mr. Guo holds dual bachelor's degrees in Applied Chemistry from Tianjin University and International Engineering Management, as well as a master's degree in Business Administration from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
