On August 21st, Global Fortune announced that, based on a preliminary evaluation of the unaudited consolidated accounts of the Group for the six months ended June 30, 2024 ('reporting period'), the Group is expected to record a net profit of approximately RMB 13 million to RMB 17 million during the reporting period, while the Group's net profit for the six months ended June 30, 2023 was approximately RMB 25 million. The board of directors believes that the decrease in the expected net profit is mainly due to (i) increased listing expenses resulting from the company's listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 28, 2024; and (ii) increased administrative and other expenses.
