GR Lifestyle (00108.HK) announced that the group expects to record a shareholder's attributable profit of approximately 0.2 million to approximately 0.3 million Hong Kong dollars for the six months ending June 30, 2024, while a shareholder's attributable profit of approximately 39.3 million Hong Kong dollars was recorded for the same period in 2023.

The decrease in profit is mainly due to the absence of re-measurement gains on confirmed disposal of investment properties transferred to investment properties in the current period compared to the same period in 2023, partially offset by the absence of fair value losses on investment properties recognized in the current period compared to the same period in 2023.
