Axis Consulting <9344> announced that it will propose the amendment of the articles of incorporation at the 23rd regular general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on September 27, 2024.

In order to adapt to the new management structure, the convener and chairman of the general meeting of shareholders and the board of directors will be changed from the director president to the director determined by the board of directors, and the necessary changes will be made to the current articles of incorporation, Article 14, Article 22, and Article 24, in order to facilitate the flexible selection of executive directors.

The effective date of the amendment to the articles of incorporation is September 27, 2024.
