According to the announcement of Shuanghua H (01241.HK) on August 20, based on the current available information of the company and the preliminary evaluation of the unaudited comprehensive management accounts of the group as of June 30, 2024: (i) The estimated income of the group for the six months ended June 30, 2024 is expected to be approximately RMB 60.6 million, while the income for the six months ended June 30, 2023 is approximately RMB 28.7 million; and (ii) The estimated net loss after tax of the group for the six months ended June 30, 2024 is expected to be approximately RMB 3.2 million, while the net income after tax for the six months ended June 30, 2023 is approximately RMB 0.2 million.

For the six months ended June 30, 2024, the expected increase in income is mainly due to the peak season for the sales of agricultural and sideline products during the Chinese lunar New Year period, and the group's efforts to promote and focus on the development of food supply business mainly for imported fruits and domestic high-end fruits to increase the supply of agricultural and sideline products.
