Imperium Tec GP (00776) announced that the group expects to obtain a loss amount not less than HKD 24 million for the six months ended June 30, 2024, and a net loss of about HKD 39.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2023.

The announcement stated that the reduction in the above losses was mainly due to the decrease in share-based payments, the disposal of cryptos, the impairment losses of cryptos, receivables and advances, and the impairment losses of game intellectual property rights, licenses, and goodwill. In addition, despite a significant decline in revenue from the home product division, the company reduced losses through effective cost control.
