Citigroup expects that the DPU of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust (02778) in fiscal year 2024 will fall by 13% compared to the previous year.

According to the report released by Citigroup, due to the long-term negative performance of office buildings and the consistently high interest rates, the DPU of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust (02778) is expected to fall by 13% in fiscal year 2024. The DPUs of fiscal year 2025 and 2026 are expected to fall by 4% each.
