Heng Tai (00197.HK) has announced that it subscribed to a two-year bond of Chinahealthwise (00348.HK) with a principal amount of HKD 72.3 million, including HKD 16.8 million convertible bonds with an interest rate of 6% and HKD 55.5 million ordinary bonds with an interest rate of 8%. The consideration will be paid through offsetting the outstanding principal amount of HKD 72.3 million bonds together with accrued interest.
