多浦乐将于9月4日召开股东大会，审议向银行申请综合授信额度等议案

金融界8月19日消息，多浦乐发布公告，将于2024年9月4日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为8月29日，当日收市后持有多浦乐股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：广州经济技术开发区开创大道1501号2栋五楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于使用部分闲置募集资金及自有资金进行现金管理的议案》

2、《关于向银行申请综合授信额度的议案》。
