金融界8月19日消息，密封科技发布公告，将于2024年9月5日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为8月30日，当日收市后持有密封科技股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：山东省烟台市芝罘区APEC科技工业园冰轮路5号B楼三楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于部分募集资金投资项目重新论证并变更的议案》
2、《关于部分募集资金投资项目重新论证并终止的议案》
3、《关于公司2024年半年度利润分配方案的议案》。
