New Focus Auto (00360.HK) announced that Huang Bo resigned from the positions of Independent Non-Executive Director, Remuneration Committee Member, and Audit Committee Member due to other work arrangements, effective last Friday (16th).

The company stated that after Huang Bo's resignation, the number of Independent Non-Executive Directors and members of the Audit Committee were below the minimum required by the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. In addition, the company is looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacancy of Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee members. The company will make every effort to appoint suitable candidates as soon as possible under feasible circumstances to ensure compliance with the Listing Rules.
