Xinglu Water (02281) announced that on August 16, 2024 (after trading hours), the company entered into a share transfer agreement with Xinglu Assets. As a result, the company agreed to transfer and Xinglu Assets agreed to acquire all the equity of the target company, Luzhou Xinglu Water (Group) Shuijing Trading Co., Ltd. The transaction price is RMB 9.782 million.

According to the announcement, the share transfer agreement is beneficial for the company to focus more on tap water production and supply, sewerage treatment business, and improve the company's professional operation and maintenance level, thus bringing more stable benefits to the shareholders.
