Xinglu Water (02281) announced that on August 16, 2024, its non-wholly-owned subsidiary Xinglu Sewerage Treatment and Xinglu Property Management signed a property and cleaning service contract (property service contract), and Xinglu Property Management agreed to provide property management services (including order maintenance, cleaning, and catering services) to the eight sewage treatment plants of Xinglu Sewerage Treatment. The service period is one year.

On August 16, 2024, the company signed a cafeteria outsourcing service contract (cafeteria outsourcing service contract) with Xinglu Property Management (referred to as the "service contract" together with the property service contract), and Xinglu Property Management agreed to provide cafeteria management services (including providing dedicated technical personnel and service personnel required for the group cafeteria catering, and carrying out labor services) to the company. The service period is one year.

Xinglu Property Management specializes in property management, and has been providing efficient property management services to the group since April 2011. Due to their long-term business relationship, Xinglu Property Management is familiar with the requirements and standards of property management services required by the group. Directors believe that signing a service contract is beneficial for the long-term business relationship between Xinglu Property Management and the company.
