As for the Rocky Bank luxury residential project at 6 Deep Water Bay Road (01972.HK) held by Swire Properties, it has also completed the land premium process with a total amount of 35.86 million yuan. The project has a site area of about 0.028 million square feet, and will be rebuilt into two houses with a total construction area of about 0.015 million square feet, and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The Yau Ma Tei Ga Yan Ching Road No. 57A project held by Hanison Construction (00896.HK) and others completed the land premium with a total amount of 58.29 million yuan. The project was approved to build an 8-story layered residential building with an additional 2 basement floors, with a total construction area of about 0.0245 million square feet.

In addition, LT Tower at 31 Kwun Tong Road, the entrepreneurial street held by the "Velvet King" Kong Tat-ka with a land premium completion amount of 2.62 million yuan, has gone through revitalization costing nearly 0.3 billion yuan. The building is 14 stories high, with the ground floor and the 1st floor for commercial use, and the rest of the floors for offices.
