He has resigned as the Executive Director, the Company Secretary, and the authorized representative of the company defined by the GEM Listing Rules (GEM Listing Rules) article 5.24, which will take effect on August 15, 2024. Mr. Liang Junye (Mr. Liang) has also resigned as an independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee due to personal work allocation matters, which will also take effect on August 15, 2024.
