Revenue increased by 17.5% YoY to 16.079 billion yen, operating profit increased by 21.6% to 3.396 billion yen, ordinary profit increased by 27.3% to 3.196 billion yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 37.5% to 2.333 billion yen.

Revenue from real estate investment and development business increased by 16.0% YoY to 12.626 billion yen, and segment profit increased by 7.4% to 2.27 billion yen. The number of properties sold was 23 (27 in the same period last year), including 21 residential properties (22 the year before), 1 office/shop building (5 the year before), and 1 plot of land (including development land) with strong sales of small and medium-sized residential real estate. The number of properties acquired was 19 (15 the year before), including 15 residential properties (10 the year before), 0 office/shop buildings (4 the year before), and 4 plots of land (including development land). Revenue from real estate consulting business increased by 27.1% YoY to 1.203 billion yen, with segment profit increasing by 66.5% to 0.709 billion yen. The number of successful real estate brokerage transactions was 45 (40 the year before), with smooth transaction prices and trends by region: Kanto region had 13 (19 the year before), Hokkaido region had 8 (7 the year before), Kyushu region had 3 (2 the year before), Kansai region had 20 (12 the year before), and Chubu region had 1 (0 the year before). The number of condominium sales contracts received was 368 (440 the year before), and the number of handovers was 606 (529 the year before).

Revenue from real estate management business increased by 13.8% YoY to 2.282 billion yen, with segment profit increasing by 17.7% to 1.166 billion yen. The number of real estate management and operation contracts with clients increased to 157 (147 the year before). By region, the breakdown of management and operation contracts was: Kanto region had 77 (68 the year before), Hokkaido region had 43 (42 the year before), Kyushu region had 28 (28 the year before), Kansai region had 5 (5 the year before), and Chubu region had 4 (4 the year before).

For the fiscal year ending in December 2024, the consolidated performance forecast is maintaining the initial plan, with operating profit increasing by 3.5% compared to the previous year to 5.69 billion yen, ordinary profit increasing by 2.3% to 5.06 billion yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders increasing by 5.2% to 3.47 billion yen.
