Harksley ＜7561＞ is working to build a safe and secure living infrastructure and preserve the global environment in a sustainable manner through business activities in order to realize the management philosophy “we wish for health and happiness for all and create a richer tomorrow.” Five important issues (materiality) centered on the take-out bento business and the store asset & solution business have been set, and individual goals have been set for each.

1) “Creating a rich, safe, and secure “tomorrow” -Tomorrow's city, more fun-”

There are three individual goals: “countermeasures against natural disasters,” “countermeasures against infectious diseases, etc.,” and “adaptation to technological innovation and regulatory reforms.”

2) “Corporate management where people thrive - to a company where employees can be proud together with their stakeholders”

There are three individual goals: “support the growth of human resources,” “thorough management with an emphasis on human rights,” and “enhancement of work-life balance and diversity.”

3) “Environmentally Friendly Corporate Management [E] -Initiatives for a Sustainable Society and the Future-”

The two individual goals are “promotion of global warming countermeasures” and “formation of a circular economy and society.”

4) “Socially Friendly Corporate Management [S] -Co-Creation of a “Rich Tomorrow” with Stakeholders and Local Communities-”

There are two individual goals: “Co-creation of a “prosperous tomorrow” with stakeholders” and “co-prosperity with local communities.”

5) “Disciplined Self-Transforming Enterprise Management [G] - A Sound and Stable Management Foundation Adapted to the Business Environment”

There are three individual goals: “corporate governance,” “strengthening risk management and BCP,” and “safety and quality initiatives.”
