As part of the promotion, during the event, purchasing a newly built commodity house with a building area not exceeding 100 square meters (including 100 square meters) will entitle the buyer to a subsidy of 10,000 RMB per unit (5,000 RMB from the government and 5,000 RMB from the real estate developer). Purchasing a single unit with a building area exceeding 100 square meters will entitle the buyer to a subsidy of 12,000 RMB per unit (6,000 RMB from the government and 6,000 RMB from the real estate developer).
