The core content of the notice is: there is an investment project in the port area that needs to use the aforementioned land, requiring the company to deliver the land use right certificate (original) of the aforementioned land parcel to the management committee before September 9, 2024. The economic compensation for the land withdrawal is the cost paid by the company to obtain the land use right certificate, but does not include deed tax, registration and issuance fees, notary fees, and various taxes and fees paid by the Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee to higher-level departments above the Taicang municipal level.
