(referred to as "Giti Asia Pacific"). The sole shareholder of Giti Asia Pacific is GITI Holdings Ltd. (referred to as "GITI Holdings"), and the shareholders of GITI Holdings are Lin Meifeng (holding 51% of the shares), Lin Zhenwei (holding 25% of the shares), and Chen Yingyi (holding 24% of the shares). After the change, the shareholders and shareholding ratio of Giti Holdings are Lin Meifeng holding 60% of the shares, Lin Zhenwei holding 20% of the shares, and Chen Yingyi holding 20% of the shares.
