On August 14th, Laibao Hi-Tech (002106.SZ) stated during an investor relations activity that with the gradual establishment of the new ecology of AIPC and the gradual promotion and application of related new models, for the touch screen aspect of AIPC, currently available laptops supporting AI applications have some demand for touch functions, but it is not a necessary requirement, and there is no essential difference between the performance requirements of touch screens for current laptops. It still faces the potential competition impact that embedded structure (OnCell/InCell) touchscreens may bring. However, considering industry knowledge, AIPC products may require more precise touch pen operations matched with AI functions in the future. As AIPC demand gradually grows, corresponding new demands for externally attachable touch screens that better support touch pen operations may emerge. The company actively pays attention to and supports the development of new laptops from well-known brand manufacturers and customers, including support for AI applications, and constantly innovates technology and products.
