In 2020, due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, the high school athletics meet was cancelled. TV Yamaguchi produced and broadcasted a special program called "Towards the Dream Stage - two years since the prefectural high school athletics meet -" as a cheering project for high school students in 2021. From 2022 onwards, the program will be expanded to a two-hour program and will be broadcasted every year thereafter. In addition to TV broadcasts, starting in the 2023 fiscal year, internet video distribution will be carried out by re-editing video materials obtained from interviews. Internet video distribution is accompanied by video advertising and has received high praise from within the company and sponsors as a mechanism for creating new business opportunities.

Although there was a plan to implement internet video distribution with video advertising prior to the 2023 fiscal year, it was thought that it could be realized on the company website as it was not possible to freely broadcast the company's sponsor ads on YouTube, and various permissions were required for other platforms. J-Stream proposed the (EQ) and advertising distribution options for video advertising, which they evaluated for having a complete system for distributing advertising videos, a wealth of experience in other stations, and a salesperson who dealt with them carefully, ultimately deciding to introduce it.
