Xinming China (02699.HK) announced that Crowe (HK) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective August 13, 2024. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the successor auditor, also effective on the same date.

Due to the change of auditor, the release of the unaudited financial performance and the unaudited interim performance of the Group for the six months ended June 30, 2024, which have not yet been published, is expected to be further delayed, and the Board of Directors meeting will also be further postponed.

Trading in the Company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since April 3, 2023 and will continue to be suspended until the publication of the unaudited financial performance that has not yet been released.
