On August 12th, Golonghui announced that NAAS.US, the first charging service company in China, has appointed Mr. Shen Yanling as the chief financial officer (CFO) of the company. He will be fully responsible for the company's finance and capital market work. The original CFO, Wu Xuelu, resigned for personal reasons. The appointment will take effect on August 12, 2024. Mr. Shen Yanling was born and raised in Singapore and holds an MBA degree from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD). In the 2023 QS World University Rankings, the school ranked second in the field of business and management globally, second only to Harvard University. Mr. Shen has worked in Singapore, London, and Mainland China for more than 20 years and is familiar with domestic and foreign capital markets. He has both financial institution and corporate perspectives. He has served three of the Big Four accounting firms, including Deloitte, PwC, and EY, and has also served as the Vice President of Finance at SOHU.US and CFO of Pintec Technology. Over 5 years, he led Pintec from pre-IPO financing to IPO, as well as the complete process of internationalization.
