Since April this year, the number of cities where housing prices have fallen month-on-month in 70 cities has continued to rise. As of November, new housing prices have fallen in 30% of cities (21 cities, 4 more than in October), and second-hand housing prices have declined in 47% of cities (33 cities, 2 less than in October).
The number of falling cities continues to increase, indicating that the “waste heat” of the sharp rise in housing prices has gradually subsided.
