SDM Education (08363.HK) announced on August 9th that on August 9th, 2024, the company and the potential subscriber entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding. Accordingly, the company has agreed to issue convertible bonds and the potential subscriber has agreed to subscribe to convertible bonds with a principal amount of 2.5 million Hong Kong dollars. The terms and conditions are subject to the convertible bond subscription agreement.
