日経平均寄与度ランキング(大引け)~日経平均は反発、ソフトバンクGやリクルートHDが2銘柄で約121円分押し上げ

Nikkei Contribution Ranking (Closing) ~ Nikkei average rebounds, SoftBank Group and Recruit HD jointly push up the stock value by about 121 yen with the help of two stocks.

At the closing time on the 9th, the number of rising stocks for Nikkei average constituent stocks was 142 stocks risen, 83 stocks dropped, and 0 stocks unchanged.

- The US stock market rebounded on the 8th. The Dow average was up 683.04 dollars (+ 1.76%) to 39,446.49 dollars, the Nasdaq was up 464.21 points (+ 2.87%) to 16,660.02, and the S&P500 was up 119.81 points (+ 2.30%) to 5,319.31 at the close of trading. Due to weekly unemployment benefit claims falling below expectations, a sense of relief spread, and the stocks rose after opening, indicating that concerns about deterioration in the labor market and the economy had receded, and it remained strong throughout the day. Finally, the rate of increase expanded and ended.

Following the large gains in US stocks, the Tokyo market opened with a buying preference. Due to the exchange rate fluctuating slightly to 147 yen to the dollar compared to the previous day, the Nikkei average started at the 35,000 yen level and expanded its gains to 35,671.31 yen. After a round of buying, before entering negative territory compared to the previous day which was deemed to be conscious of the 3-day weekend, it managed to end trading in the 35,000 yen range. Additionally, the August option special settlement index (SQ value) was 35,661.68 yen (preliminary value).

At the closing bell, the Nikkei average was 35,025.00 yen, up 193.85 yen (+0.56%) from the previous day. Trading volume on the Tokyo Prime Market was 2.5 billion 47.44 million shares, with trading value of 6 trillion 334.8 billion yen. In terms of industry, non-ferrous metals, other financial businesses, service industries, banking, wholesale trade, and others rose, while electric power and gas, air transportation, rubber products, land transportation, and metal products fell. For the Tokyo Prime Market, the number of rising stocks was 74.4%, while falling stocks were 23.8%.

The top gainers contributing to the index were SoftBank Group <9984>, which pushed the Nikkei average up about 69 yen with one stock. The second place was Recruit HD <6098>, followed by Terumo <4543>, Trend <4704>, TDK <8035>, Fujikura <5803>, and Chugai Pharmaceutical <4519>.

On the other hand, the top losers of the index were Nexon <3659>, which pushed down the Nikkei average by about 31 yen with one stock. The second place was Fast Retailing <9983>, followed by Daikin <6367>, Bandai Namco HD <7832>, Shiseido Company,Limited Sponsored ADR <4911>, TDK <6762>, and Astellas Pharma <4503>.
