The company believes that business expansion and improvement in corporate value will lead to maximum return of profits to shareholders, and will change its dividend policy in order to clearly show this attitude.
Prior to the change, the company's basic policy for dividends was to return profits to shareholders in response to business expansion after comprehensively considering financial conditions, profit trends, dividend payout ratio, and internal reserves, etc. in preparation for future business investments, and when paying dividends from surplus funds, the basic policy was to pay year-end dividends once a year.
After the change, the company believes that business expansion and improvement in corporate value will lead to maximum return of profit to shareholders, and dividends are determined using a consolidated dividend ratio of 30% as a guide after comprehensively considering the balance between growth investment and shareholder returns, and furthermore, when dividends from surplus funds are carried out, the basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once a year. It will be applied from 2024/9.
