同道猎聘透过附属认购本金合共为6000万元的结构性存款产品

同道猎聘（06100）发布公告，（i）于2024年7月22日，公司透过其非全资附属公司长沙冉星信息科技有限公司，向长沙银行认购本金为人民币4000万元的2024年第593期公司结构性存款；及（ii）于2024年8月8日，公司透过其非全资附属公司长沙冉星信息科技有限公司，向长沙银行认购本金为人民币2000万元的2024年第645期公司结构性存款。认购事项由集团盈余现金储备及2024年7月1日向厦门国际银行认购结构性存款产品的赎回本金拨付资金。
