Mr. Li Wenjie applied for resignation from the position of chairman of the company due to job transfer. After resigning from the above position, Mr. Li Wenjie will continue to serve as a director of the company and a member of the strategic committee. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Li Wenjie does not hold any company shares. According to relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Li Wenjie's resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company's board of directors, and his resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors.

On August 8, 2024, the fifth meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company passed the Proposal on the Election of the Company's Chairman, electing Mr. Zhou Zhenghua as the chairman of the company with a term of office from the date of approval by the board of directors to the expiration of the sixth board of directors in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.
