Considering that the 2017 general agreement on the supply of prefabricated building materials will expire on December 31, 2019, Xuhui (China), an indirect subsidiary of the company, and Shanghai Yipixi signed a 2019 prefabricated building materials supply renewal agreement on December 13, 2019, so that the group can continue the continuous connected transactions under the 2017 Prefabricated Building Materials Supply Agreement for a period of 3 years from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022.

In 2020, 2021 and 2022, the Group plans to carry out transactions under the 2019 Prefabricated Building Materials Supply Renewal Agreement, and the maximum annual total amount for expenses of Shanghai Yipixi Group is RMB 100 million, 150 million and RMB 200 million, respectively.
