According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Resources Land (01109) announced that in November 2019, the group achieved a total contract sales volume of about RMB 26.14 billion and a total contract sales floor area of about 1,452,800 square meters, with year-on-year increases of 49.1% and 20.0% respectively. In the same period, equity contract sales volume and equity contract sales floor area were approximately RMB 18.33 billion and 1.18 million square meters respectively.

Furthermore, from January to November 2019, the cumulative total contract sales amount was about RMB 226.67 billion, and the total contract sales floor area was about 12.3514,000 square meters, up 19.5% and 13.7% from year to year, respectively.

Among them, in November 2019, invested properties achieved rental income of about RMB 1,074 million, an increase of 28.9% over the previous year. The cumulative rental income of invested properties in 2019 was approximately RMB 11.128 billion, an increase of 30.0% over the previous year.
