According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sun Entertainment Group (08082) announced that on December 13, 2019, the board of directors (including all independent non-executive directors, but not including Chung Chu-lin), who did not attend the meeting herself) has decided to award a total of 3 million reward shares to executive director Chung Chu-lin in accordance with the share award plan to commend him for his contribution to the group and motivate him to continue to contribute to the group in the future. The award shares are equivalent to approximately 0.24% of the company's issued share capital at the date of the announcement.

The reward shares will be purchased by the trustee on the Stock Exchange in accordance with the terms of the share award scheme and held by Chung Chu-lam in trust. Based on the closing price of the shares reported on the Stock Exchange at HK$0.66 per share on December 13, 2019, the market value of reward shares is approximately HK$1.98 million.
