Zacd Group (08313) announced its six-month performance ending on June 30, 2024, with revenue of 1.755 million Singapore dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 66.9%; net loss of 1.419 million Singapore dollars, a profit of 1.438 million Singapore dollars in the same period last year; basic loss per share was 0.07 Singapore cents.

The net loss was mainly attributed to a decrease in revenue of 3.55 million Singapore dollars, a fair value loss of approximately 0.39 million Singapore dollars on financial derivative instruments, a decrease in employee costs of 0.85 million Singapore dollars, a reduction in professional fees of approximately 0.1 million Singapore dollars, as well as a decrease in income tax expenses of approximately 0.17 million Singapore dollars.
