The board of directors believes that such properties will help the Group strengthen its leading market position in Shenzhen and even Guangdong Province, and that the signing of the China Resources Wanjia Agreement in December 2019 marks the development of strategic cooperation between the Group and Huachuang Yuyao and China Resources Wanjia, the main shareholders of the company.
