Standard Chartered Hong Kong announced that it has separately signed memorandums of understanding with Build Up, Computime, and Stavian Group to explore opportunities between Hong Kong and Vietnam.

According to the memorandum, Standard Chartered Hong Kong will assist Build Up and Computime in expanding their business and production lines in Vietnam through its comprehensive financial services including financing, treasury services, and sustainable finance advisory services. Standard Chartered will also assist Stavian Group in exploring development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other markets in mainland China.

Build Up and Computime are both Hong Kong companies, with Build Up being one of the world's largest copper-clad laminate manufacturers and Computime being a technology, brand, and manufacturing enterprise mainly providing smart and sustainable living technologies. Stavian Group is a multinational company based in Vietnam, engaged in large-scale industrial manufacturing and commercial activities, especially in the production and distribution of chemicals and petrochemicals.
