As reported by the Zhidao Finance app, Allurefem Holdings (08305) released its mid-term results for 2024, with revenue of approximately HKD 86.194 million, a decrease of about 7.43% year-on-year, and a net profit of HKD 0.99 million, compared to a net loss of HKD 15.032 million in the same period last year. Earnings per share were 0.09 HK cents.
According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the overall environment of the Hong Kong construction industry, which resulted in a reduction of the RMAA and new project contracts undertaken by the group. The return to profit was mainly due to an increase in gross profit, a reduction in administrative expenses and financing costs, a decrease in other income and impairment losses on goodwill.
