According to the announcement of Yimai Yangguang (02522), the China Securities Regulatory Commission has accepted the application for the circulation of all H shares of the company held by certain shareholders, totaling 51.5621 million shares of unlisted shares (accounting for approximately 14.47% of the total issued share capital of the company at the date of this announcement), which is planned to be implemented on July 29, 2024.
