The Zhitong Finance app learned that before the US stock market on Tuesday (December 10), 36Krypton (KRKR.US) released its third quarter earnings report, which is also the first financial report after listing. The financial report showed a total revenue increase of 59.1% year on year, and the company's net loss was 12.4 million yuan, turning a loss year over year.

Financial reports show that in the third quarter of 2019, total revenue of 36 krypton was RMB 130.9 million (US$18.3 million), up 59.1% from RMB 82.3 million in the same period last year.

Among them, online advertising revenue was RMB 54.1 million (US$7.6 million), up 4.6% from the same period last year; corporate value-added services revenue was RMB 64 million (US$9 million), up 202.8% from the same period last year; and subscription service revenue was RMB 12.9 million (US$1.8 million), up 36.2% from the same period last year.

In the third quarter of FY2019, 36 krypton advertising revenue accounted for 41.3%, enterprise value-added service revenue accounted for 48.9%, and subscription service revenue accounted for 9.8%.

In the third quarter, the company had a net loss of RMB 12.4 million (approximately US$1.7 million) and a net profit of RMB 9.8 million for the same period last year, which was a year-on-year change to loss. Excluding US GAAP, adjusted net profit was 13.4 million yuan (about 1.9 million US dollars), an increase of 22.0% compared to 11 million yuan in the same period last year.

The net loss attributable to the company's common shareholders was RMB 640 million (approximately US$88.9 million), compared with a net loss of RMB 28.5 million for the same period last year.

In the 12-month period up to September 30, 2019, the average number of monthly visits to self-operated platforms and major third-party platforms reached 389.5 million times, an increase of 167.5% over the previous year.

36 Krypton successfully listed on the Nasdaq Exchange on November 9, 2019, with an issue price of $14.50.
