Volcano Spring (01715.HK) announced via a statement on August 1 that Ji Canyue has resigned as the chairman of the board of directors and the nomination committee chair to focus on assuming other business responsibilities, effective from August 1, 2024.

Further to the above, the board of directors has announced that Mr. Zhao Jie has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the board of directors and the nomination committee chair, effective from August 1, 2024.
