On August 1st, CAIJING reporter learned (Editor Li Lin/Intern Chen Yujia) that China Harbour Engineering Arab Engineering Co., Ltd., the Saudi subsidiary of ElSeif Engineering Contracting Company in cooperation with HASAN ALLAM HOLDING, the main engineering and construction contractor in Egypt, successfully obtained the important contract to develop the container terminal No.1 and maritime service area (MSA) of NEOM port in Oxagon, northwestern Saudi Arabia.
The project includes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services of the NEOM Port container terminal No.1 and maritime service area, and the design and construction of all MSA and T1 buildings, as well as the infrastructure and entrance area construction of the new terminal.
On the other hand, HASAN ALLAM HOLDING stated that the project is about to start and is expected to be opened in 2025. The port is crucial for supporting the NEOM new future city to receive increasingly growing materials during the accelerated construction stage.
