On July 31, 2024, Hubei Three Gorges Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "our Company") of Three Gorges Tourism (002627.SZ) announced that Mr. Yin Jun, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, submitted a written resignation report and applied to resign from the sixth session of the Board of Directors, the Director, and the Chairman of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board of Directors of our Company in accordance with the work arrangement of the higher-level organization department. After Mr. Yin Jun resigned, he no longer holds any position in our Company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Yin Jun did not hold any shares of our Company.

On July 31, 2024, the Company received Mr. Chen Jianping's written resignation report. Due to work arrangement reasons, Mr. Chen Jianping applied to resign from the sixth session of the Board of Directors of our Company and the member of the Strategic Development Committee of the Board of Directors. After Mr. Chen Jianping resigned, he no longer holds any position in our Company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Chen Jianping did not hold any shares of our Company.

On July 31, 2024, the Company received Mr. Zhang Le's written resignation report. According to the work arrangement of the higher-level organization department, Mr. Zhang Le applied to resign from the position of General Manager of our Company. Mr. Zhang Le will continue to serve as a director of our Company and will serve as the General Manager of Hubei Three Gorges Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Three Gorges Culture and Tourism") which is the controlling shareholder of our Company. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Le did not hold any shares of our Company.
