According to the performance report for the fiscal year ending on April 30, 2024, released by WLS Holdings (08021), the group achieved revenue of HKD 82.405 million, a decrease of 43.54% YoY; net loss attributable to owners of the company was HKD 11.147 million, a decrease of 90.08% YoY; loss per share was HKD 0.078.

In the current fiscal year, the company incurred a net loss of approximately HKD 11.1 million attributable to owners of the company from continuing operations (previous fiscal year: approximately HKD 0.1124 billion). The decrease in net loss was mainly due to a decrease of approximately HKD 24.4 million (compared with HKD 92.9 million in 2023) in the net loss recognized for impairment loss on expected credit losses of receivables and interest, accounts receivable and other receivables, and contract assets.
