According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Anhui Sierte Fertilizer Industry (002538.SZ) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou Sierte New Energy Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sierte New Energy Company") has won the state-owned construction land use right of Daba Village, Yongwen Town, Kaiyang County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province with a bidding price of 89.09 million yuan. Sierte New Energy Company signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the Kaiyang County Natural Resources Bureau on July 30, 2024, and plans to use the land for the construction of a phosphorus-fluorine new material mineralization integration industrial park project.

After obtaining the land use right, Sierte New Energy Company will require that the land be used for the construction of a phosphorus-fluorine new material mineralization integration industrial park project, to be coordinated with the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guizhou Lufa Industry Co., Ltd. to accelerate the construction of the Yongwen phosphate mine and the acquisition and construction of deep resources in Mingniwan, jointly realizing the strategic layout of "rich ore and precision development".
