Eaglerise Electric & Electronic (002922.SZ) announced on July 29th that, based on the company's business layout plan and to further meet the needs of the company's future business development and market expansion, the company has signed an investment contract with Jijiang District People's Government of Ji'an City for the construction of a new energy dry-type transformer digital factory and photoelectricity storage and intelligent micro-grid digital factory project in Jijiang District, Ji'an City, with a total investment of approximately 0.8 billion yuan.

This Investment Contract does not constitute a related-party transaction nor a major asset restructuring as defined by the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructurings of Listed Companies. This matter is within the authority of the company's Board of Directors and does not need to be submitted to a shareholder's meeting for approval.

To strengthen the company's product layout and improve its market competitiveness, the company is investing in the construction of a new energy dry-type transformer digital factory and photoelectricity storage and intelligent micro-grid digital factory. This investment project is in line with the company's long-term development strategic plan and will help promote the overall layout of the company's products and enhance its market competitiveness. The funding for this investment project comes from the company's own funds and will not have any adverse effects on the normal production and operation of the company, nor will it harm the interests of the company and its shareholders.
