(603333.SH) learned on July 29th, 2024 that some of the company's shares held by shareholder Li Guangyuan have been frozen by judicial order, with a total of 90.2 million shares frozen, accounting for 14.51% of the total share capital of the company. Li Guangyuan, a shareholder of the company, has defaulted on three pledge financing contracts with Guoyuan Securities Co., Ltd., and Guoyuan Securities Co., Ltd. has filed a lawsuit against Li Guangyuan and his guarantor Li Guangsheng with the Intermediate People's Court of Hefei City and recently filed a lawsuit with the Intermediate People's Court of Hefei City in Anhui Province and applied for property preservation.
