(referred to as "Changhe Company") signed a "Steel and Concrete Tower Procurement Contract" with the buyer Zhangjiakou Chabishan Eenergy New Energy Co., Ltd. The models and quantity involved in the contract are 28 sets of 7.15MW wind turbines, with a total installed capacity of 200MW; the contract target is 28 sets of steel and concrete towers; and the total contract price is 0.109 billion yuan (pre-tax). According to the buyer's project grid connection time, Changhe Company will carry out factory construction and production preparation in this year, and strive to achieve the first batch of delivery before the end of 2024 and complete all delivery in the first half of 2025.
