According to Zhitong Finance App, China Aviation Technology (02357) announced that Zhongzhi Co., Ltd. raised supporting capital to issue a total of 88.2872 million A-shares, and obtained the “Securities Change Registration Certificate” on July 25, 2024. The subscription price is RMB 33.98 per subscribed share. As a result, the total share capital of Zhongzhi Co., Ltd. increased from 0.732 billion shares to 0.82 billion shares, including 5.8858 million A shares of Zhongzhi shares subscribed by the company with approximately RMB 0.2 billion in cash. As disclosed in these announcements, shares issued with supporting funds raised by Zhongzhi Co., Ltd. from the Company, China Aviation Industry, or related parties controlled by them shall not be transferred in any way within 18 months from the date the issuance of such shares ends; shares issued by Zhongzhi Co., Ltd. raised supporting funds from other third parties shall not be transferred in any way for 6 months from the date the issuance of such shares ends. The subscribed shares will be listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on the next trading day after the sales limit expires.
